What to do when introverted and feeling discouraged?

Not everything is pink and beautiful in life, and there are moments when we feel down and discouraged. We feel so burned out that we shut all the doors and trap ourselves in sadness and worries.

You are not alone. Even the happiest person you can think of right now has their down moments, and Life happens to all of us.
Don’t isolate yourself indoors. Call or sit with someone you trust and ask, could you listen to me? Talk to them about your worries, and you’ll feel you have dropped that heavy load.

We are humans, and we need to process our emotions and feelings. You may not feel better instantly, which is normal. To eliminate your discouragement, do some or all of the below ASAP.

Ask questions to people you trust

An indirect way of getting advice on your problems and worries is by asking questions to people in your circle.

Identify people who have gone into some similar challenges us you in their lives. Asking the right questions to them will let them give away the key points on how they have solved or broke through that period and specific situations in their lives.

While taking advice from people you trust is always a good idea, it becomes even more critical when you are in a situation where your reputation is at stake. Make sure you do not expose too much personal information.

When it comes to taking advice from people you trust, there are some things that you should keep in mind. Firstly, make sure that the person giving the advice is someone who has faced the same situation as you and has come out on top.
Secondly, be open-minded and evaluate all options before making a decision. Lastly, take their advice carefully because they have your best interest at heart, and they mostly tell you about their real-life experience and how they have overcome that challenges.

Do some physical activity

We don’t necessarily like physical activities, and anything physical is time-consuming when we have a busy lifestyle. There is no time to do anything additional in our daily routine.

If you are an introvert? Physical activity does not always mean subscribing, buying new outfits, and going to the GYM to work out.
My physical activities are usually waking up early in the morning, going for a 30 minutes walk in the neighborhood before dropping my kids at school, and driving to work.

Exercise can be an effective way to get rid of stress and anxiety. It helps to release endorphins that make you feel better in the long run.

Exercise can also help you sleep better at night. Exercise has been shown to help with insomnia because it improves your sleep quality by reducing the time it takes to fall asleep and increasing the duration of deep sleep.

Some people find it challenging to exercise regularly due to a lack of time or other commitments. However, some activities don’t require much effort but still provide health benefits, such as walking, gardening, or yoga.

There is nothing in the world so beautiful that cannot be better if we only look hard enough.
