Introverts are the most misunderstood people in the world. They are often seen as shy, quiet, and antisocial, which is inaccurate. Introverts like to talk about major deep, meaningful things. While extroverts want to talk about shallow subjects, they enjoy interacting with others and don’t care much about the topic. Introverts are more receptive to serious, noteworthy talks. Extroverts want to hear about superficial things. Their strengths lie in other areas such as deep thinking, introspection, creativity, and empathy, which is why they should be encouraged to express themselves more often. Do introverts talk about their feelings? The world often misunderstands introverts. They are considered shy, withdrawn, and lacking in self-confidence, this is not the case for all introverts, but it is true for many. Introverts tend to be more sensitive than extroverts and can feel overwhelmed by too much social interaction. They also have a slower processing speed, meaning they may take longer to respond or find something funny to engage in a conversation. Many introverted people do not talk about their feelings because they don't want others to know how they feel and what they are thinking.
